J.A. Young, M.B.A.

Jay is a project based Operations Consultant and Promoter for Precise Data Consulting, LLC.  He is a professional with more than 20 years of experience, including onsite international, across a myriad of applications in the engineering and technology, financial services, and healthcare industries.  Jay also currently serves as Central and East Arkansas Regional Director & Director of Minority Business Development for a community loan fund.  He has held positions in account management, engineering, project and program management, site administration, and sales. Jay has over 15 years of volunteer experience, including a four year volunteer tenure with the U. S. Small Business Administration as a SCORE counselor.

In a past role as Director of Operations, currently providing technical assistance for Arkansans to gain access to capital, and serving as owner and chief strategist for Paradigm, Jay has been afforded the opportunity to expand upon his general business experiences in strategic planning, human resource functions, and finance & operations.

Jay holds a M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from The University of Dallas – Irving, TX, and a B.S. from Texas A & M University – Commerce in Industrial Technology, with a minor in operations management.
